SMS with PABX-systems

SMS messages with ISDN PABX systems

Your DECT80 is linked to an ISDN PABX system. Sending of SMS messages is possible from any
handset.

Sending and receiving SMS-messages
Sending and receiving of SMS messages is only possible using the MSN number assigned to the
DECT80!

SMS messages with direct-dialing (analog) PABX systems

Sending SMS messages:
When sending SMS messages the number of the party sending the SMS may be transmitted without
the extension number. In this case, the party receiving the message will not be able to reply directly.

Receiving SMS messages:
You can only receive SMS messages when the CLIP number is passed on to the extension connec-
tion for the PABX system. CLIP evaluation of the SMS Center numbers takes place in the DECT80.
