SUPPLY CIRCUIT , AN ISOLATION TRANSFORMER MUST BE USED.
ALSO , IN ORDER TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO INCREASE THE INPUT
SLOWLY , WHEN TROUBLESHOOTING THIS TYPE POWER SUPPLY
