8. REMOTELY CONNECTING THE SITRAD PRO
8.2 - Registering the server
The
inbox
acts as data server, in which the data collected from the controllers is stored in its internal memory. To view and monitor this data, connect

. Firstly, from a computer, install the
Pro software, available at www.sitrad.com/sitrad-pro. To connect the
inbox
and register the server, proceed as follows:
8.1.2 - Ethernet Mode :
- Connect the
inbox
to a wired Ethernet network that has a computer with the
Pro software installed. If the network being used is in DHCP
sitradf
sitrafd
mode, please follow steps 8.8 and 8.9 of the section
‘’Registering the Sitrad inbox server’’
.
- When the network used is not in DHCP mode, please contact your network administrator and configure the
inbox
network parameters according to
item 9.4 (Ethernet).

- For the three connection modes (
HOTSPOT, WI-FI
and
ETHERNET
), the registration of
inbox
as server is as follow:

network, open Pro and select the option
‘’ Register new server ’’

IMPORTANT:
- The Ethernet Mode is independent of the others, and can be used in conjunction with Hotspot Mode or Wi-Fi Mode, but never with both
simultaneously.
- For remote connections, please contact your network administrator for network and external access settings.

- On the

configuration screen, connect to an existing Wi-Fi network. Please check if this network has a computer with the Pro software
installed.
