6. FACILITATED ACCESS
6.1 Visualize minimum and maximum pressures
Pressing the key
you can visualize the minimum and maximum pressures of the pressure gauge. After
pressing the key, the minimum and maximum pressures will be displayed, respectively, followed by the
message
indicating the end of the operation. If the key
remains pressed in, the values will be
reinitialized and the message
will be shown in the display.
6.2 Display the hours worked
Pressing the key
you can visualize the hours worked for each control stage. After pressing the key, the
message
will appear in the display with the number of the stage. Then the functioning time will be
displayed inmultiples of tens of hours (x10h) for the stage in question. This operation will be repeated for the
four stages of the controller, until the message
is displayed, indicating the end of the operation.
6.3 Manual rearmof the remote alarm
(only the suction pressure gauge)
If the remote alarm has been activated, the message
will alternate in the display. Pursuant to what is
configured in the rearm type function, (F12) the user will have to manually rearm the controller. For this, the
pressure of the discharge pressure gauge should already be returned to normal, and then the user should
press the keys
and
simultaneously until the rearm message
is shown on the display. After
this operation, the message
will be displayed and the suction pressure gauge returns to normal
operations.
If the discharge pressure gauge is still at a high pressure status, the controller will not allow the user to rearm
the suction pressure gauge. In this case, upon pressing the keys
and
simultaneously, only the
message
will be displayed, indicating that no rearm took place.
6.4 Restart of the maintenance alarm
In the event that any of the maintenance alarms has activated the message
with the number of the
stage, it will be changed on the display. To restart the alarm, press the keys
and
for four seconds.
After this, the alarm message for the stage will be once again displayed followed by the message
,
indicating that the alarm was restarted. This operation will be automatically executed for all of the maintenance
alarm active at the time. Upon restarting the maintenance alarm, the hour counter used on the compressor in
question will be set at zero.
6.5 Viewing the analog output
Pressing quickly the key
you can view for 5 seconds the current value (%) of analog output. When the
display indicates 00.0% the analog output will have 0 volts, when the display indicates 100% analog
output will have 10 volts .
