1. Click the ScanSnap Manager icon
in the notification area located at the far right of the
taskbar and select [Check consumable status] from the

→ The [ScanSnap Manager - Check consumable status] window appears.
2. Click the [Reset] button for [PICK ROLLER Count].
→ A confirmation window appears.
3. Click the [Yes] button.
→ [PICK ROLLER Count] is reset to 0.
