Removing the front control panel

Ê
Unplug the LCD cable from the front control panel and from the FSIOM (see
circles) and remove the LCD cable by detaching the cable clamp.
Ê
Unlock the carrier of the front control panel (1) and remove it from the FSIOM
(2).

Carrier, front control panel and LCD cable are no longer required.

When a ServerView Local Service Display for Blade is installed in your
system unit, you must remove it in the same way as the front control
panel.
