The PR-LN4 might not be in the same segment as the computer for configuring the settings.
- Check that the computer for configuring the settings is in the same segment as the PR-LN4.

Has the printer that the PR-LN4 is attached to been moved to another network?
The printer may have been moved from a network that has DHCP on the network to another network that does not
have DHCP on the network without performing the operation to restore factory defaults.
- Connect from the network before the move and perform the operation to restore factory defaults from
the web page.

When you are connecting the printer where the PR-LN4 is attached to another network, always perform the operation to
restore factory defaults.
