Using the stylus (for Dual Digitizer models only)

You can use the stylus on your notebook as an electronic writing implement to select
items and to navigate through menu options and programs. Programs that support
handwriting recognition also allow you to write characters directly on the screen with
the pen. You can also use the stylus as a drawing tool.
The notebook stylus is retained securely in the stylus slot. This ensures that the stylus cannot be
lost, regardless of whether you use the notebook as a Tablet PC or as a notebook, or transport
it while traveling. Always replace the stylus in its slot when you are not using it. To remove from
the stylus slot, slide the removal button for the stylus to the front of the device to the right.
The notebook is supplied with a stylus tether which you can attach to the
eyelets on the stylus and on the notebook.
