Connecting the power
adapter

The AC adapter provides power for operating the
notebook and charging the battery.

Connecting the AC adapter

1.

Plug the DC output cable into the DC power
jack of your notebook.

2.

Plug the AC adapter into an AC electrical
outlet.

The Li-ion battery is not charged at the point
of purchase. Remember to connect an AC
adapter to your notebook to charge it when
you use it for the first time.
