Uninstalling the Windows driver
4.1
For Windows 7
•
If the [User Account Control] dialog box is displayed, click [Yes].
Uninstall procedure:
(1) Click the
Windows logo button in the lower-left corner of the desktop screen.
(2) Click [Devices and Printers].
(3) Select "FIT FP-1000 Raster" in the [Printers and Faxes] section and then click [Remove device].
(4) When the "Are you sure you want to remove this device? FIT FP-1000 Raster" screen appears,
click [Yes].
(5) Select an installed printer (such as "Fax" or "Microsoft XPS Document Writer") in the [Printers
and Faxes] section and then click [Print server properties].
(6) Click the [Drivers] tab and then click [Change Driver Settings].
(7) Select "FIT FP-1000 Raster" from the [Installed printer drivers] list and then click [Remove].
(8) When the [Remove Driver And Package] screen is displayed, select [Remove driver and driver
package.] and then click [OK].
(9) When the "Deleting this printer driver package will remove it from the system. Are you sure you
want to delete FIT FP-1000 Raster?" screen appears, click [Yes].
(10) When the [Remove Driver And Package] screen appears, click [Delete].
(11) Click [OK] after driver removal completes and then click [Close] to exit the [Print Server
Properties] dialog box.
(12) Turn off the printer and restart your computer.
