4.6 Replacing the Front-side Lamp

REPLACEMENT OF CONSUMABLES

6.

Attach the Lamp socket cover in the reverse order of its removal. Make 
sure that the metal part is fixed firmly.

7.

Close the glass sheet guide. Make sure that the guide is fixed firmly. 

8.

Lift the Upper transport unit a little to release the safety lock and then 
lower the unit slowly, then push the unit to close it completely. 

9.

Clear the Front-side lamp counter.

Please refer to the section “7.3  Setup Mode Details”, “  9. Abrasion counter 
(Abrasion CNT) reset ” on page 7-34. 

HINT

You can check the cumulative lamp-on time from the Operator 
panel Test mode. 
For the details, refer to the section "7.5 Test Mode Details "  " 3. 
Display the cumulative lamp-on time " on page 7-79.
