System expansions

Installing and removing an accessible 3

inch drive (e.g. diskette drive)

►

Open the casing (see

"Opening the casing", Page 31

Floppydisk drive,

►

Disconnect all cables connected to the drive (data cable, power supply cable).

►

Remove the screws (1).

►

Working from behind, slide the

oppy disk drive out of the bay in the direction of the arrow (2).

►

Slide the new

oppy disk drive into the case in the opposite direction to the arrow (2).

►

Fasten the

oppy disk drive into place with the screw (1).

►

Fit the data and power supply connectors to the

oppy disk drive. Make sure the polarity is correct.

►

Close the casing (see

"Closing the casing", Page 32

It may be necessary to modify the entry for the drive in the

BIOS Setup
