Rotate the lens hood counterclockwise
from the front view of the lens so that
FREE index on the lens hood is aligned
with the index mark on the focus ring.
(It may be necessary to rotate the lens
hood strongly since there is a
positioning stopper inside.)

Align FREE index on the lens hood
with the index mark on the focus ring,
and push the lens hood against the
focus ring.
Rotate the lens hood clockwise from
the front view of the lens until it clicks.
