5.4Carriage Related Adjustment 

DX100 Service Manual

Loosen the two screws of the right parallel adjust bushings, Move the two right 
parallel adjust bushings until the gap falls within the standard range.

Set the scanner on standby. (Refer to 

"7.1 Service Tool"

scanners.)

Connect the scanner with the PC, and install the scanner driver on the computer.
