2.5 Deleting Stored Documents
Select Delete Documents .
•
When documents are stored in the mailbox, the number of stored documents
is displayed in the "Mailbox Status".
•
If there are no documents in the mailbox, you cannot select the Delete
Document button
.
Enter the password of the mailbox, then select Confirm .
Select the document to be deleted, then select Delete .
Select Select All to delete all the documents.
When the message for confirmation is displayed, select Yes .
The document is deleted.
