ANOMALIES AND SOLUTIONS
Before to contact the technical service verify that in the following board there is no the solution to your possible problem
or failure in the functioning:

There is no video neither audio in the
reception
Lack of signal at the output of the
equipment which you wish to transmit.
Input channel in receiving equipment
(TV) is not selected right.
RCA and SCART are exchanged.
Don’t use same channel.
Check that it’s ON and correctly
programmed.
Select in the receiving equipment the
channel that belongs to used SCART
input.
Check the correct selection of cables
on each device.
Check that both (emitter and receiver)
work on the same channel.
Image and sound quality is not good
Bad quality in emission.
Bad orientation of emitter and receiver
There are interferences
Wrong chosen channel.
Check that supplied signal quality to
the emitter is right.
Adjust antennas orientation in a
different way. Minimize the number of
obstacles between the transmitter
and receiver units.
Remove microwave oven from path
between transmitter and receiver.
Try with another channel.
Remote control doesn’t work
Equipments are not in vertical position.
There is no direct vision between
remote control and receiver’s window
of MULTILINK LT located in the front
part.
There is no direct vision between the
emitter (or its infrared remote emitter)
and the equipment to control.
Put the equipments in vertical position,
their efficiency is better.
Locate the receiver in a visible position
and point the remote control to the red
window of front part of the receiver.
Locate the emitter in front of the
equipment you want to control or at
least the remote emitter to have direct
vision.
