1. Power On/Off and Auto-off Function
Press the button briefly. The instrument powers on.
Press the button briefly again. The instrument powers off.
2. Select Wavelength
Press the button to select the wavelength between 1310nm and 1550nm
(FOLS-203), or between 850nm and 1300nm (FOLS-204).
3. Frequency Output
The instrument defaults to CW when it switches on. When it sets to CW, there is
no frequency on display.
Press the button to select the output among 270Hz, 1kHz and 2kHz.
4. Switch Backlight of LCD On/Off
Press the button to switch the backlight of the LCD on and off.

Operation Instructions
NOTE: Auto-off function
(1) The instrument will power off automatically if 10 minutes without
any operation.
(2) While in the power-on state, press the button for about 2
seconds to turn off the “Auto-off” function.
