Assembly
Adjusting the belt
1. Remove the treadmill from its packaging
2. Fix the bolt in the hole.
3. Fasten the bolt into the frame.
4. Attach the handle onto the frame
with the help of the 4 pre-fitted screws.
5. Attach the signal cable.
6. Install the plastic covers.
In some cases, the belt may need to be adjusted, for example if it has started running
crookedly. If this is the case, place the treadmill on a flat surface and start the belt. Adjust
the speed to approximately 4km/h and check the position of the belt.
If the belt is pulling to the right:
Carefully turn the right-hand bolt ¼ of a turn clockwise.
Check the position of the belt after it has centred itself.
Repeat until the belt is centred.
If the belt pulls to the left:
Carefully turn the left-hand bolt ¼ of a turn clockwise.
Check the position of the belt after it has centred itself.
Repeat until the belt is centred
If the belt is too loose:
Shut off the belt and turn both right-hand and left-hand bolts
¼ of a turn clockwise. Repeat until the belt has an
appropriate degree of tension.
