Operating instructions
Use
1. Start the belt: Press the start button. The belt will start moving at the
lowest speed (1km/h).
2. Adjust the speed
a. Adjust the speed using the buttons in the control panel.
b. Adjust using the 3, 5, 7 or 10 km/h pre-set buttons.
3. Adjust the program time in manual mode
1. Press the MODE button once.
2. Select the desired program time using the adjustment
buttons.
3. Press the START button
4. The display will count down from the chosen time and stop
when the countdown reaches 0.
4. Adjust the distance in manual mode
1. Press the MODE button twice.
2. Select the desired distance (in km) using the adjustment
buttons.
3. Press the START button
4. The display will count down from the chosen time and stop when
the countdown reaches 0.
This treadmill has a very practical design. It is easy to place, easy to
transport and easily collapsible so as not to take up much storage space.
When you use the treadmill, you are training your leg muscles and
strengthening your heart and lungs. Blood circulation and oxygen uptake
