Loosely fasten the shunt (16) and the
“Shunt ---” lead (white) (25) to the
“Centre-tap transformer lead” (18)

Slightly tighten the M5x12 screw
(TX20) (17)
Fasten the shunt (16) and the two “So -
cket X3” leads (blue) (26) to the “ (+)
socket copper bow” (24)
-
Tighten the M5x12 screw (TX20)
(17) with a torque of 2 Nm
Tighten the M5x12 screw (TX20) (17)
on the “Centre-tap transformer lead”
(18) with a torque of 2 Nm
„Use cable binders (13) to tie tigether
the cables for the 2-pole and 6-pole
Molex plugs (14) and (15) on the
LCA11/LCB11 board. Position the ca -
ble binders near the Molex plugs
Fitting the hous -
ing
Insert the housing stiffening element

„Plug the “Housing earthing conductor”
(10) onto the housing
Before putting the housing back on, make
sure that the board insulation (28) is in the
correct position
Put the housing back on
Tighten the 5x25 screw (TX20) (9) on
the backof the housing
Tighten the 5x25 screw (TX20) (8) on
the front of the housing
