4.6 Feed system
4.6.1 Feed system - Times

Start of 1st pellet filling
First start for a filling process. A filling process is only
carried out if the fill level in the pellet container is below
85%.
Start of 2nd pellet filling
Second start for a filling process. This is likewise only
carried out if the pellet container level is below 85%. If you
only want one filling time, then set the second filling time to
the same time as the first filling time.

Refill of cyclone from
When set to “0%” the filling process is started according to
the filling times that are set. If there is a shortage of pellets
during the “
Heating
” status, the pellet container is filled
regardless of the current time.
Maximum time until switching of probe
Prerequisite: Feed system, universal suction, with
automatic toggle
Time period, during which the cyclone must reach a fill
level of 100% from a probe. If this time is exceeded, the
change-over unit automatically changes to the next probe.
If all probes are started and the fill level of 100% in the
cyclone is not reached, an error message appears on the
screen.
Probe suction reversal
Prerequisite: Feed system, universal suction, with
automatic toggle
Before switching to the next probe, each probe that was
last used is back-flushed for the time set.
NOTICE! This parameter is not in use for feed system “3
probe switch”!
Suction run-on
When the fill level sensor detects fuel in the cyclone, the
suction turbine remains active for the time set.
Refill cyclone after buffer charging
▪ NO: A filling process of the pellet container is carried
out according to the filling times that are set.
▪ YES: If the boiler shuts down once buffer tank loading is
complete, this parameter can then be used to fill the
cyclone without having to wait for the next filling start
point.
