Please follow these operation, safety and maintenance instructions to ensure a long and safe life for your snow
machine.
•
Remove all packing materials from box and snow machine.
•
Route the larger 3/8” tubing from the air compressor (Figure A) to the upper inlet fitting of the stainless fluid reservoir.
•
Route the smaller 5/16” tubing from the back of the fluid control valve (Figure B) to the lower fitting on the fluid reservoir.
•
Place the fluid reservoir on a level surface with the fill cap facing upwards. Unscrew the reservoir cap and fill with Froggys
Flakes Snow fluid. Stop filling before the fluid reaches the level of the upper air tube and replace cap.
•
Plug 220V power cord and the keyed blue machine plug into the DMX Control Unit. Rock the switch position to “I” if DMX
power control is preferred. Adjust the DMX address DIP switches as necessary. Rock the switch to “II” to bypass DMX
control and defer control to the red illuminated power button on the side of the machine. The red illuminated power button on
the side of machine is the main power to the device and must be on position for the DMX control unit to control power to the
Snow Machine.
•
The air pressure valve (Figure A) controls the amount of pressure the tank can achieve to push fluid to the machine nozzle.
•
The fluid control valve (Figure B) allows a fine tuning of the fluid flow to the nozzle allowing you to control flake size and
quantity of flakes.
•
Once you are done using the machine or need to open the fill cap to refill the unit, use the air pressure valve (Figure A) turned
to “O” to relieve any pressure in the system. Before any length of storage allow the machine to run for 10 secs with the
pressure valve (Figure A) set to “0” to allow fluid to fully drain back into the fluid tank.
