• Serial number

• FRITZ!OS Version

• Country

• Internet service provider

• Information on the operating system, network (LAN or Wi-Fi), any

error messages displayed

Instructions: Support by Email

1.

Start a web browser on your computer, tablet or smartphone.

2.

you need support.

4.

Enter a keyword in the search field of the Knowledge Base or se-
lect an FAQ (frequently asked question).
