There is a laser radiation hazard warning on the back of the device.
It is explained below.
Do not remove the information and warning signs.

1.6 Device safety information

The laser particle sizer has been designed from the viewpoint of
safety to users; nevertheless, residual hazards cannot be ruled out.

The device may only be used for the purpose described in Ä Chapter
1 ‘Safety information and use’ on page 6.
n Only use original accessories and original spare parts. Failure to
observe this instruction can compromise the functioning of the
machine.
n Safe conduct must be strictly observed during all work.
