1. Select the appropriate inflation tip and twist onto
the inflator air chuck.
INFLATING OTHER OBJECTS
2. Make sure the inflator is OFF (O), and then
connect the power cord with a 12V DC power
outlet.
3. Switch the inflator to ON (-) position and begin
inflating the object.
4. When the pressure gauge indicts the desired
pressure, turn off the inflator by switching to OFF
(O) position. Do not over inflate.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING:
Any time inspection, maintenance, and
cleaning are done be sure to remove the
tool from the power source.
CLEANING
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts.
Most plastics are susceptible to damage from various
types of commercial solvents and maybe damaged
by their use. Use clean cloths to remove dirt, dust , oil,
grease, etc.
PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSE(S)
CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
The inflator won’t
start
The power cord is not or partially
clamped on.
Won’t inflate the tire
or inflate slowly.
The air chuck is not fully secured on
the valve stem.
Plug into a working 12V DC power outlet,
and make sure it’s fully clamped.
The inflator is overheated.
Cool down the inflator.
The tire valve stem is clogged.
The inflator is overheated.
The air hose is twisted.
Fully secure the air chuck onto the tire
valve stem.
Clean the valve stem.
Cool down the inflator.
Straighten the air hose to make air flow
freely.
TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING:
Stop using tool immediately if any of the following problems occur. Serious personal
injury could result. Any repairs or replacements must be done by a qualified service
person or an authorized service center.
