Over-voltage alarm when charging : in the charging process, when it detects any single
voltage over 4.25V, buzzer alarm, LED2 flash; when the voltage is lower than 4.15V, the alarm
is cleared, the LED is normal to indicate the power state. The alarm can be stopped by
hand ;After turn on the battery if the voltage is still higher than 4.15V, the alarm will continue
until the voltage is lower than 4.15V.
