GENERAL INFORMATION
Rotary mowers for soil cultivation with active cutting tools — tines are a range of rotary machines
for cultivation with horizontal axis of rotation driven by the tractor output PTO shaft.
The transmission module provides optimal usage of the tractor power when coupled with a
connecting shaft, due to small transmission losses, while operating at standard connecting shaft rpm of
540 min

; optimal work modes and other conditions regarding safety, overload control and protection
that may be expected during operation.
The work module, rotor with cutters, provides good cultivation quality under any operating
conditions and modes thanks to its shape, geometry and arrangement with minimum energy consumption,
human or mechanical work per unit of volume of cultivated soil.
The rotary mowers are suitable for all kinds of different agricultural production applications.
This machinery is best suited for:
-
high-quality soil cultivation and preparing the soil for one-pass sowing
-
small-scale placing and compacting of soil and protection from erosion
-
all-year application for basic and additional soil cultivation, meadow and pasture
regeneration and aeration, and intertillage in orchards
-
maintaining the structure and increasing the soil fertility
-
mixing the plant trimmings and mineral fertilisers with the soil
-
operation on both lowland and sloped terrains
Transmitting the engine power from the tractor connecting shaft over the transmission to the
mower rotor with cutters not only prevents the tractor wheels from slipping and sliding, but on the
contrary pushes the tractor forward.
The mower is attached to the category I and II tractors. The machine is raised in the transport and
lowered in the operating position by using the tractor’s hydraulic control lever.
The rotary mowers are attachable to any domestically or internationally produced tractors with
adequate engine power at 540 min-1 tractor output shaft rpm.
