Solving problems
Your remote control
isn’t working.
Something is between
the remote control
and your digital set-top
unit.
Make sure you point your remote control directly at
your digital set-top unit and that nothing is between
it and your digital set-top unit.
The red light at the end of the remote control should
flash each time you press a remote control button.

plugged in.
(Always switch your digital set-top unit
off at the power supply before plugging or
unplugging any other equipment).
Check that the telephone line is working by picking
up your telephone and listening for the tone.
