Failure Analysis and Elimination
If the user encounters a problem while using this product, please follow the solutions shown in the table
below.
If the failure phenomenon is not in this specification or through the solution in this manual still unable to
troubleshoot, please contact our customer service department.

Check the communication

the docking signal definition
Replug the docking plug-in/
Rewrap the cable
Adjust observation distance,see
if the image is clear/refocus the
camera/observe the imaging
effect after cleaning lens with
cotton and alcohol/If there is
no improvement, please contact
the manufacturer.
