Chapter 2 Installation Instructions

K8S760MG Series User Manual

BIOS-Protection Jumper: FWH_EN

The motherboard BIOS is inside the FWH. If the jumper FWH_EN is set as

disabled (Pin2 & Pin3), the system BIOS is protected from being attacked by a

serious virus, such as the CIH virus. You will be unable to flash the BIOS to the

motherboard when the system BIOS is protected.
