Time Mode
This item is used to set time mode.

Memclock index value<Mhz>
This item is used to set memclock value.
v
CAS# Latency <Tc1>
This option controls the CAS latency, which determines the timing delay (in
clock cycles) before SDRAM starts a read command after receiving it.
v
Min RAS# active time <Tras>
The setting determines the time RAS takes to read from and write to memory.
v
RAS# to CAS# delay<Trcd>
The available setting values are:Auto,2-7Bus Clocks.

Row Precharge Time <Trp>
This item controls the number of cycles for Row Address Strobe (RAS) to be
allowed to precharge. If insufficient time is allowed for the RAS to accumuate
its charge befor DRAM refresh, refreshing may be incomplete andDRAM may
fail to retain data.This item applies only when synchronous DRAM is installed
in the system.
