MALFUNCTIONS 

 

PROBLEM POSSIBLE 

CAUSE 

The tile cutter does not start: 

Power supply is missing from the plug in which the supply cable 
is fitted 
 
Supply cable is faulty 
 
Motor failure 

Machine vibrations: 

Cutting disc is not correcty fixed 

Tools wear out quickly: 

The tool is not suitably sharpened  

Abnormal motor functioning: 

Overheating 
Possible motor failure; get it checked by an electrician 
 

During operation, the cutting disc stops: 

Overload (pressure is too high, the tool is not sharpened)
