Remove the following parts from semi-finished headphone body.

③ Space between the RP unit and the baffle;
④ Insert the gasket for the RP unit and firmly
fix them with 3 pcs screws.

Solder the internal wiring and assemble the baffle.
*Tools used: a soldering iron and screw driver
Soldering location
・Lch:Red wire to “+”
:White wire to “−“
・Rch:Blue wire to “+”
:White wire to “−”

Solder the internal wiring.

Fixing the baffle with screws
Place the semi-circular
convex part to be at the
position indicated.

Mount the sound absorbing material for
baffle to each baffle.

*Do not attach the
absorbing material
on this part
Do solder quickly during 2 to 3 seconds. There
would be a risk of the cupper layer removed
from diaphragm if heating time was too long.
