1. Introduction

Thank for Choosing our products.

This  Owner’s  manual  contains  information  needed  for  proper  operation, maintenance
and  care.

If you have any questions about the operation  or maintenance of outboard motor, please
contact Forza Power Equipment or your nearest Forza Authorized Dealer.

Please read and understand Owners Manual completely before you using it.

2. Safety Information

1. Before installing and operating the outboard motor, please read the manual carefully to fully
understand proper operation of the outboard motor.
2. Make sure the rated power of the outboard motor does not exceed the boat's maximum
power rating. Exceeding the boat's maximum power rating may cause sudden loss of  control.
If you don’t know the maximum power capacity of your boat, please consult the boat
manufacturer or nearest dealer.
3. Do not modify the outboard motor, or you may damage the engine or make it unsafe.
4. Do not consume alcohol or drugs before or while operating the engine or boat. Around 50%
of boating accidents are related to alcohol consumption.
5. Make sure everyone on the boat has a life vest. Children and others who cannot swim
should always wear life vest. All occupants should wear a life vest when in inclement weather
or other dangerous situations.
6. Gasoline burn easily. The vapor is easy to ignite and explode. Be careful when opening or
refilling the fuel tank.
7. Check there are no gasoline leaks or vapor before starting engine.
8. The exhaust gas from the engine contains carbon monoxide, which is colorless and
odorless. It can cause brain damage and even death after inhaling carbon monoxide.
Symptoms include  nausea, dizziness and disorientation. Keep the boat ventilated and keep
the exhaust from being blocked.
9. Check on the throttle and the propeller before starting the engine.  9.Comply with all local
laws and regulations when operating the outboard motor.
10. Pay close attention to the weather. Check the weather forecast before boating. Avoid
boating under harsh weather conditions.
11. Tell someone where you plan to go or offer your sailing plan to the harbormaster, and
check in when you return safely.
12. Practice safe boating. Keep sailing with a safe speed, avoid obstacles or barriers and
watch for traffic.
13. Watch out for swimmers nearby when starting or operating engine.
14. Keep far away from swimming areas. Turn off the engine when a swimmer is in nearby
water.

1.Do not refuel while smoking and keep away from the any source of fire or spark
