The scooter is a motorised electric scooter for use
outdoors primarily on flat surfaces such as pavements,
roads, parking lots and drive ways.
It is intended to increase the mobility of people who are
both physically and mentally capable of correctly
assessing driving situations and reacting
correspondingly to them at any time.
Uses:
