Symptom

Causes

There are water leaks from
the water drain hose when
use for the fist time.

This is residue water after the performance test
in the factory.

Make up water during
washing process.

During the washing process, the water will be
automatically made up when the water level declined.

During  the  dehydrating
process,  spin  suddenly
stops and water filling and
rinsing start running.

This is because the clothes are at one side. The safety
switch starts to make up water, and stir while
running. The spin process will continu when the
clothes are in balance status.  In case of failure of three
corrections of the washer, the buzzer will alarm. Please
manually adjust the balance of clothes.

The clothes are not
sufficiently dry after spinning
process.
