INSTRUCTIONS

Attach the Top Ramps to the Cages

Secure the Top Ramps to the Bottom Louver Ramps

Step 5 - Installing the Front Ramp Sub-Assembly

Attach both the Left & Right Bottom Louver Ramp

Secure the top ramp using the provided 3/8” bolts and nuts. Secure 
the bolts using a 9/16” wrench.  Fully tighten all bolts on both the 
left and right ramps.

Begin step 5 by attaching the Top Ramps to the Cages. Place one 
ramp at a time on top of the cages.

Secure the top Ramps using the provided self-tapping screws.  Insert 
the screws through the ramps and into the cages. Fully tighten the 
screws using a Impact Wrench with a 3/8” Socket.  

Locate the bottom Left and Right  Ramp Louver.  Place these ramps 
underneath the assembly one on the left and one on the right of the 
Splitter Screen. Make sure the top ramp will fit perfectly in place 
before anchoring the bottom ramps, and make sure the louver 
material is facing down.
