Applying Power
Apply power to the frame by depressing the upper half of the rocker switch. When
power is first applied, a red ATTN lamp will light on the front cover while the network
control card is booting. The green LINK lamp will light if the Ethernet connection is
good. The green ACT lamp lights only when a command is received from or sent to the
network.
