F-FORM
Backrest and lumbar height
The F-Form’s back height adjustment works on a ratchet system. Raise or lower
the chair’s back by lifting or lowering the backrest. Each ‘click’ is a lockable setting.
To drop the backrest down to its lowest height setting, lift the back to the top and
lower. The chair’s lumbar panel can also be adjusted by sliding it up or down.
Armrest position
To help prevent repetitive strain injuries you should adjust the chair’s armrests so
that your shoulders are relaxed and your arm forms an L-shape at the elbow.
Your forearms should be level with the floor.
– Push the button on the outside to lift/lower.
– Push the button on the inside front to move armpads back or forwards.
– Push the inner middle button to adjust armrest width outwards or inwards.
– Twist the armrests to change their angle.

Tension control
When the backrest is in free-float mode, you should adjust the tilt tension to create
a gentle resistance when sitting normally in the chair. You should not fly backwards
or have to press hard to maintain comfortable posture. To create the right balance
for your body weight, pull out and turn the tension lever at the front right of your
chair to increase (forwards) or reduce (backwards) the tension.
