Control and calibration
You should check the equipment after certain terms, as follows:
1. Fill the pot (position 8) with water. Stir out the air bubbles with a round rod.
2. Put the calibrating pipe (position 19 of the part list no. OE 31 40 001 02 3)
with the basil from downwards in the boring of the stop valve. (position 6).
3. Put the upper part (position 4) with opened stop valves (position 5 and 6),
that is the levers point upwards – on the pot (position 8) and clamp it with
the quick lighteners (position 7).
4. Then inject water with a washing bottle in the stop valve
(position 5)till the water comes out of the stop valve (position 6)
without bubbles.
5. Turn the calibrating pipe (position 12 of the spare part list) in the stop
valve (position 6). The calibrating pipe (position 12), the stop valve
(position 6) and the calibrating pipe (position 19) are now an unit.

By turning left the semi-circular handle of the air pump (position 1) the
pump leaver gets loose. Now pump till the manometer pointer stands
approx. 10 mm below the “red adjustment mark”.
Before delivery this mark is adjusted in our factory.
Attention!
When you test and calibrate please do not screw in the air pump.
When you clean the apparatus then screw in the air pump.
