Pull the seatback release strap

toward the front seat. Make sure
the seat belt buckle heads are
fully extended towards the front of
the vehicle and are away from the
seatback.

Note:

When the seatback release strap

is pulled use your other hand to guide
the seatback.

Rotate seatback down into load

floor position.

Returning the rear seats to upright

position

Pull seatback up and into upright

position making sure seatback locks
into place. The seatback will click
when it is locked into position.

WARNING

When returning the seatback to
its original position, ensure it is
securely latched by attempting to pull
it down again. An unlatched seat may
become dangerous in the event of a
sudden stop or collision.

Flip seat forward, ensuring your

hand does not get trapped between
the seat and the seat anchor.

Note:

Make sure the floor is clear of all

objects before folding the seat.

Place the head restraint in the

holder.
