Engine oil filler cap
1.8 l DuraTorq-TDCi only
(twist-on fit)
(screw fit)
The oil filler cap is either a screw fit
or twist-on fit design. To open, turn
the cap anti-clockwise. Do not open
the cap while the engine is running.
Do not use oil additives or
other engine treatments.
They are unnecessary and could,
under certain conditions, lead to
engine damage which is not
covered by Ford Warranty.
To close, turn the cap clockwise
until it clicks.
Brake/clutch fluid reservoir
Do not allow this fluid to
make contact with the skin
or eyes. If this should happen
rinse the affected areas
immediately with plenty of water
and contact your doctor.
Brake and clutch fluid systems are
supplied from the same reservoir.
The level of the fluid must lie
between the
MIN
and
MAX
marks
on the side of the reservoir.
If the level falls below the
MIN
mark, the brake fluid level warning
light will illuminate. Refer to the
