TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Unit will not lift load.
Unit will not sustain load.
Unit will not lift to full height.
Unit will not lower completely.
Corrective action
Check oil level, add hydraulic oil if necessary and purge air
from system.
Purge air from system.
Excessive weight, decrease weight or use higher capacity unit.
Check oil level, add hydraulic oil if necessary and purge air
from system.
Check oil level, make sure it is not overfilled.
