Red lamp lit.
The room temperature is low, less then 8 °C
Place the product in a warmer place. In a cold
environment it could take up to 5 minutes after you
turn on the purifier for the green light to lit up.
The starter is not properly connected.
Adjust or change the starter.
The UV-lamp is not properly connected.
Call Service Centre.
Scaling inside UV-chamber.
Descale the purifier. See page 9.
The UV-lamp has decayed, the intensity to low.
Call Service Centre.
If no or less water comes out despite
The divertor valve is not open.
Turn the divertor valve on.
green light
No lamps lit.
The electrical plug is not properly connected.
Connect the plug with the socket properly.
The fuse has blown.
Call Service Centre.
Water is leaking under
The filter house lid is open.
Tighten the filter house lid.
the purifier.
The purifier has been tilted.
Empty the purifier of water and
re-fill the system again (or switch on the unit)
Bad smell from water
The purifier has not been used
Flush the unit for 5 minutes.
for a longer period
The Dual Filter Cartridge is old and
needs to be replaced.
Change Dual Filter Cartridge.
