Start-up
Charging the unit
Fully charge the integrated rechargeable battery before the first operation.
1.
Connect the USB charging cable to the USB input (4) of your battery screwdriver and the
USB power supply included in the scope of delivery.
2.
Plug the power supply unit into a properly fused mains socket.The red LED (8) lights up
during the charging process and goes out when fully charged.
3.
Unplug the charger from the power outlet. Unplug the charging cable from the charging
port of the screwdriver.
NOTE. The device cannot be started during the charging process
.
Checking the charging status
The current charging status is displayed by pressing the capacity indicator key (7).

Screw
Insert the bit suitable for the screws into the bit holder (1). To tighten a screw, set the rotation
(5) to right direction. Place the bit on the screw and press the on / off switch (3) until the
screw is tightened as desired. To unscrew a screw, set the rotation (5) to left direction.
Place the bit on the screw and press the on / off switch (3) until the screw is loosened or
removed. For tight spots, you can also use the included magnetic bit holder as an extension.
NOTE: Make a short test to check if the desired direction of rotation is correct. Only
change the direction of rotation when the screwdriver is at a standstill. Otherwise, the
unit could be damaged. If necessary, set the clockwise / counterclockwise rotation (5)
to the middle position in order to lock the on / off switch (3).
Handle adjustment
The orientation of the handle can be adjusted vertically and horizontally to better reach hard-
to-reach places. Set the right / left rotation (5) to the center position to lock the on / off switch
(3). Press and hold the handle adjustment lock (6). Turn the handle clockwise until it reaches
the position and locks into place
PLEASE NOTE: In the case of a horizontal handle setting, the direction of rotation is
(left / right rotation) is reversed.

Personal safety
• Check the device before each use. Perform at least one visual inspection.
• Do not allow children or young persons to use the device.
• Persons who, due to their mental abilities or lack of knowledge, are not capable of
operating the device safely should not use this device.
• When working with the screwdriver, wear suitable, close-fitting work clothing that cannot be
caught by rotating parts.
• The tool can unexpectedly throw objects around during operation if it becomes lodged in a
workpiece. Always keep your hands and face out of the danger zone of moving parts.
• Make sure that no other persons or animals are in the danger zone during operation.
• Only hold the screwdriver by the insulated handles if there is a risk of the screw hitting
hidden power lines.
• Do not work on materials containing asbestos. Asbestos is considered a carcinogen.
• Dust generated by machining can be harmful to health. Wear a dust mask and protective
goggles.
Safety instructions for power tools
• Avoid body contact with grounded surfaces such as pipes, heaters, stoves, and
refrigerators. There is an increased risk from electric shock if your body is grounded.
• There is a risk of short circuit due to liquids entering the housing. Penetration of water
and other liquids increases the risk of electric shock.
• Do not pull on the cable. Keep the cable away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving
equipment parts. Damaged cables increase the risk of electric shock.
• For outdoor work outdoors, use only extension cords that are also suitable for outdoor use.
Extension cords suitable for outdoor use reduce the risk of electric shock.
• If operation of the power tool in a damp environment cannot be avoided, use a residual
current circuit breaker. The use of a residual current circuit breaker reduces the risk of
electric shock.
General safety instructions:

• Do not immerse the device in water and protect it from moisture.
• Keep the device away from extreme heat
• Never connect cables by force
• Keep electronic devices away from children.
• Unplug electronic equipment when not in use for an extended period of time.
• Handle the device with care. It can be damaged by shocks, impacts or falling from even
a small height.
• Do not use the device if it shows visible damage.
• The device may only be used for its intended purpose, in accordance with these
operating instructions.
Troubleshooting
The screwdriver does not start:
• The battery capacity is too low, charge the battery.
• Check the position of the clockwise / counterclockwise rotation. The switch must be
fully depressed. The on/off switch is blocked in the middle position.
• Check if the charger cable is connected. The screwdriver does not start when the
charger is connected.
The battery does not charge:
• Check that the screwdriver is connected to the charger, and that the charger is correctly
connected to the mains.
• Check the mains connection.
• Check the power cord and the power plug for damage.
The user of the cordless screwdriver is liable for all damage to property and personal injury
resulting from misuse. No liability for damage is accepted in the event of incorrect operation.
