• To join an elbow to a pipe or two pipes
together, insert one in the other and then
fit on the gasket H (fig. 14 B).
• When the load loss of the pipes is
low (see notes to table 2, sub-section
3.2.4), place at the air intake opening the
25-mm air diaphragm R (figs. 15 and 16)
supplied in the basic split-pipe adaptor
KIT (optional).
• Fit the terminal onto the pipe and tighten
the screw V. The air-intake and outlet
terminals are identical. If the Ø 35-mm
pipes run parallel, use the standard air
intake/flue gas terminal (fig. 16).
With this type of applications the pipes
can be embedded in the wall or run along
the wall.
If you need to run the pipes along indoor
walls, you can use the special counter-
frame provided as an optional (figs. 8
and 17).
Important: keep the flue gas terminal
above the air-intake flue terminal.
When using the split-pipe adaptor KIT the
gas radiator can be positioned at a later
time than the air intake /flue gas pipes
(the kit contains a leaflet with instructions
for installation).

• IMPORTANT! When using extensions,
condensate is likely to form along the
flue gas pipe. It is therefore advisable
to use the condensate drainage
accessories and to insulate the flue gas
outlet pipes.
With 60 mm diameter pipes it is
compulsory to use the condensate
drain.
It must always be used for model
3000 Classic, irrespective of the pipe
diameter.
