Repeat the process from step one until the 
base is formed.

Take a FT1 and insert a M5x10mm screw 
through each hole and finish them off with a 
M5 T-nut.  NOTE: Only 13 FT1 will be used. 
See step 7, there are none used on the 
bottom rear of the printer. 

 

4.

 

Place the corner so that the bottom two T-nuts 
slide into the upper piece of the double AL 
beam. The end of the corner should line up 
with the end of the double AL beam.  This is 
the left front of the printer.
