Through extensive simulations and

testing we have found new airfoil

profiles that use the flexible wing more

efficiently. When powered-up they are

more backstall resistant and provide

a more powerful lift. The depower

throw is shorter and the depower

is more effective. The kite handles

and turns faster and more directly.

New: Rigid Foil Technology by Gin

Stiffeners in the front of the pro-

files ensure a smooth, creaseless

and stiff top sail. This gives the

kite more performance and more

stability at the same time.

New: Bridle attachment points

Optimized positioning of the brid-

le attachment points leads to a

more balanced power develop-

ment and higher breaking points.

This makes a more durable kite.

New: Reduced Bridle

The Speed4 features an extremely

reduced bridle previously only seen in

high-performance 2 line paragliders.

Simpler, lighter and with less drag.

New: Simplified mixer

The simplest possible mixer with

just one pulley on each side. Easy

to adjust and more durable.

Little Connection Lines

These function as predetermined

breaking points in an overload

situation and make it easier to

reconnect the bridle lines.

Air Intakes

The kite fills with air through the intakes

in the leading edge. As soon as the

kite has enough internal pressure, the

intake valves seal automatically. This

keeps the kite from deflating. This is not

only important for the relaunch, it also

gives the kite more stability when flying.

Deflate Valve

The kite deflates through the deflate

valve on the trailing edge of the kite.

Automatic Water/

Dirt Drainage System

Should sand or water get into the

kite, it will automatically be expelled

from the kite by the “dirt/water“

drainage system.

Triple Depower

There are 3 ways the kite achieves

maximum depower: Reducing the angle

of attack, profile change and reducing

the projected area. This leads to a

huge wind range and ideal handling.

Deluxe Edition

Compared to our standard kites, kites

made from our Deluxe material are a

third (33%) lighter in weight. This has

a really noticeable effect on the per-

formance of the kite. Deluxe kites fly

faster, turn tighter and are more stable.
