Clean the mower

does not rectify the problem,

The adjust knob is locked
The bumper is dirty.

Clean the bumper.
Poor grass collection
Lid is not correct in place.

Put the lid correct on the grass
box.
Airflow slots are dirty.

Clean the mower

Lawn is not cleanly cut.
