Assembly of pump FP 427 S-43/38 FOOD

 

after cleaning 

>  Push the closed bearings (1) into the inner tube and position them on the inner  

tube by gently turning them. 

 

 

 

>  Screw the bearing (2) (coupling cage with ball bearing) onto the shaft (3) and  

tighten it slightly. 
 

 

>  Screw the mounting tip (4) onto the other end of the shaft. 
>  Push the shaft into the inner tube (5) and push it firmly into position. 
 

 

 
>  Slightly turn the closed bearings (6) to make sure that the shaft can easily be 

moved. 

>  Push the assembled inner tube into the outer tube. 
>  Push the lower bearing housing (7) over the mounting tip into the outer tube  

(by hand), so that it engages in the catches (8). 

 

 

 

>  Use an appropriate screwdriver to hold the shaft on the motor side (9). 

 

 

 

>  Unscrew the mounting tip. 
>  Screw the impeller (10) on. 
>  Screw the base piece (11) manually. 

 

 

 

The pump is now ready to use.
